Refund Policy

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and free gifts.

• Customized products (e.g., personalized engravings, special sizes) are final sale unless defective.

• Customers cover return shipping costs for non-defective items.

1.What information should I let you know if 1 want to get a quotation? FOR OEM:
-The size of the products (Length x Width x Height)-The material and surface handling.
-The printing colors.
-The quantity.
-If it is possible. please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. if not,
we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
2.When we can get a quotation ?
Within 24hours .
3.Could you provide us free samples?
Yes. the existing samples could be sent to you for free, if you agree the freight collected.
If you need customized sample,sample proof cost will be charged accordingly.
4.what is your MOQ ?
Customized Paper Bags/Gift Boxes: 1000pcs per pattern and per size.Stock products,500 pcs per item.
The more you purchase, the better price you will get.
5.Can you print our Logo on the stock products ?
Of course, we can print your LOGO on the stock products.
6.Can you help with the design?
Our professional designers can design for you according to your idea and logo.
7.what format of design file do you need ?
AT,PDF,CDR,PSD,EPS.
8.May I have a sample before mass production ?
Yes ,we can make a new sample per your requirement for your approval before mass production.
9. How about your packaging? we use standard export carton boxes.
Shipping mark will be printed or sticked on the outside of box.
10.what is the lead time ?
Stock goods - only 3days.
Customized Order --- 15-30days, based on different order quantity.
11.Could you arrange shipping for us?
Yes. Just advise your nearest Sea port/ Air port.
If you need all-in cost, please provide detailed delivery address.
12.How about the shipping method and the transport time ? By Sea/ Railway/Truck, about 30-50 days .

13.How can I know if my goods have been shipped or not ? we will send you the detailed photos of loading.
